White Lamb
Impounded Livestock Impounding of Livestock act 1994, Section 5 and 17 Greater Shepparton City Council authorised officer 509 has impounded a white male lamb. If the owner/s do not claim the lamb and pay the appropriate release fees by 5pm Tuesday 23rd June 2026 the animal will be disposed of in accordance with the Impounding of Livestock Act section 17A 1994. If the lamb is not claimed by its owner/s, The Shepparton animal shelter will offer the lamb for sale by public tender/ public sale.
All written tenders for this animal must be sent via email to council@shepparton.vic.gov.au and be received by 5pm Tuesday 23rd June 2026. The successful applicant will be required to arrange own transport, collection and quarantine. Fees payable upon collection include pound release, daily boarding, veterinary costs and animal registration (as applicable). All dogs and cats over the age of three months must be microchipped and registered prior to release.
