Greater Shepparton City Council wishes to advise of road upgrade works currently taking place in south Shepparton. The works, along Poplar Avenue and Channel Road, have commenced and will be ongoing until early December 2021.
The first stage of the works are occurring on Poplar Avenue, between Doyles Road and Streeton Drive. The second stage of the works will commence upon completion of Poplar Avenue. These works will take place on Channel Road between DaVinci Drive and Doyles Road.
The affected roads will remain open during the works but delays are to be expected.
Motorists are advised to obey all worksite and advisory signage in the vicinity. Council asks for residents and motorists to take care and be aware of traffic detours.
